近日亨利卡維爾接受播客節目 ReelBlend 共同主持人凱文麥卡錫（Kevin McCarthy）的訪問，談起飾演傑洛特的心境，並相比先前他曾演出過的人氣角色超人。

亨利卡維爾說道：「傑洛特和超人有一些很相似的地方。利維亞的傑洛特可以說就像是超人和蝙蝠俠的綜合體。他比一般人要更高大、更強壯、更快速，但他也在偵查工作上表現的極為出色。」

他繼續說道：「他成了孤兒，被遺棄，並在非常、非常惡劣的環境中長大，接受相當艱難的訓練。所以，如果你把這兩個角色（指超人和蝙蝠俠）混合在一起，然後將他們放在一個中世紀奇幻的背景中，那麼你可能就會看到一位像傑洛特這樣的人。」

接續他進一步解釋傑洛特的外在比較像蝙蝠俠，內在則更像超人。

他說道：「他的外在性格偏蝙蝠俠多一點，內心則是更超人。飾演這樣的角色真的、真的很有趣，因為在劇中只有那麼一點時間，能夠讓你去表達出這些複雜性和細微的差別。」
