迪士尼自 2018 年底宣布將推出《星際大戰外傳：俠盜一號》前傳衍生劇後，時隔兩年終於公開劇集定名為《Andor》，並發布首支宣傳短片。

《Andor》由《神鬼認證》系列電影、《星際大戰外傳：俠盜一號》共同編劇東尼吉洛伊（Tony Gilroy）擔任節目統籌。迪耶哥路那（Diego Luna）回歸飾演的情報員卡西恩安道爾（Cassian Andor）為主角，聚焦他在反抗軍形成之前的冒險之旅。

配角卡司包括在《星際大戰外傳：俠盜一號》演出蒙茉斯瑪的吉娜薇亞歐萊莉（Genevieve O’Reilly），還有《茱麗葉戀習曲》丹妮絲高夫（Denise Gough）、《核爆家園》史戴倫史柯斯嘉（Stellan Skarsgard）、《波達克》凱爾索勒（Kyle Soller）及《鬼影特攻：以暴制暴》女星亞德莉亞阿霍納（Adria Arjona）。

《Andor》兩周前在倫敦開拍，將於 2022 年在 Disney+ 上線。

此外，盧卡斯影業今日也宣布未來將推出的多個項目。

首先是從《曼達洛人》（The Mandalorian）衍生而來的真人影集，第一部為《Rangers of the New Republic》，第二部是以人氣角色亞蘇卡譚諾（Ahsoka Tano）為主角的獨立影集《Ahsoka》。

盧卡斯影業現任總裁凱瑟琳甘迺迪（Kathleen Kennedy）表示，此系列影集會如同漫威在「復仇者聯盟」上的策略一樣，彼此間會有交集並在最終交織成一個完整故事。

《Ahsoka》確定由蘿莎瑞道森（Rosario Dawson）主演，她已在《曼達洛人》第二季近期播出集數中登場，引起眾多星戰迷讚賞，認為她高度還原了亞蘇卡譚諾的形象。

另一部影集《Lando》被規劃為事件影集，以星戰宇宙中的角色藍道卡利森（Lando Calrissian）為主角，由《親愛的白人》編導賈斯汀西米昂（Justin Simien）打造。

此外，還有定調為神秘驚悚的《The Acolyte》，由《俄羅斯娃娃：派對迴旋》編劇雷絲莉海德蘭德（Leslye Headland）執筆劇本，將帶觀眾走入舊共和國巔峰時代的最後幾日，探索銀河系中的黑暗秘辛和暗黑力量的崛起。

而在大銀幕上，觀眾未來則可以看到《神力女超人》導演派蒂詹金斯（Patty Jenkins）執導的全新電影《Rogue Squadron》及《雷神索爾3》導演塔伊加維迪提（Taika Waititi）執導的未定名新片。
